2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Website.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Ticket Purchase
By engaging in any transaction on this platform, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Refunds are provided when requested and permitted by our Refund Policy.
Prices for tickets are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment
Payment for tickets must be made at the time of purchase. When you make a purchase, you also agree to our card processor's policies and terms.
5. Competitions and Offers
Offers, discounts, or promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, competitions, giveaways, or contests unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each promotional offer or competition must be redeemed separately and cannot be used concurrently. In the event that an individual purchases tickets for an event, and subsequently wins tickets through a competition, no substitutions, refunds, or exchanges will be provided. The tickets previously purchased will not be substituted for tickets won through a competition, and no monetary compensation will be offered.
6. Responsibility
When you book with Port Life, you do not enter into a sales contract with us, but directly with the event host.
We provide an electronic platform to manage ticket sales and allocations, for which bookings fees are applied, but all other money generated from sales are dispersed to the event host.
They are responsible for providing the events, and refunds are issued upon their instruction and authorisation.
We, and the event host, reserves the right to cancel any orders or refuse service/entry at our discretion. When this occurs, a full refund will be provided, unless the catalyst of our refusal is your conduct in violation of our terms and policies, in which case the amount of the refund will be at our discretion.
We, and the event host, reserves the right to reject, or remove, guests for any reason, including poor or unruly behaviour that spoils the event for others.
7. Delivery
Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for any loss or delay in the delivery of tickets due to incorrect information provided by the user.
8. Event Cancellation, Postponement Or Rescheduling
We are not responsible for any event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, and will not entertain queries not specifically related to our booking platform.
All event related queries and enquiries must be directed to the event host.
